- This Tier 3 version is the one African dealers mostly supply. Its engine doesn’t depend on the ultra-low-sulphur diesel that the Stage V version needs.
- Cooling is rated for 52 °C ambient as standard, which matters on hot sites in the Sahel, the Horn and the Gulf of Guinea.
- The engine accepts diesel blends up to B20 biodiesel.
